Sign-up: Please sign in at the upper-right hand corner, 'create new account'. There you can add a user name and valid email address.

Adding content: At the bottom of the 'thread' (the post) you can click on 'Add new comment'. There you add a subject, which will show up as the title under 'Recent Comments' to on the right sidebar and add your comment. Please save this text somewhere else as new users sometimes loose their initial texts! Then you click on preview and take a look! If you are happy hit save or make changes in comment block and preview again to check.

If you want to add an image, click on image icon underneath body, add the title of the image, then browse: find the image on your computer (this needs not to be bigger than 500 pixels either way)hit save. Next window appears where you need to add title, then change 'thumbnail' to 'original', alignment should be set to 'none', and then hit 'insert'. You will then see the 'code' of the image in the text body (you can copy and paste this somewhere else in the text where you want the image to appear) That's how you adjust the layout between images and texts.
