Inti Guerrero

Inti Guerrero [Bogotá] is a curator currently based in Amsterdam. Curatorial Fellow of De Appel's Curatorial Programme 07/08 and former Curator-in-Residence at Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo in Turin and Capacete in Rio de Janeiro.

Previously studied Art History and Theory at Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia, where he also double-minored in 'General History' at the Faculty of Social Sciences and in 'History of Architecture' at the Faculty of Architecture & Design. In 2004-2005 he studied at Universidade de São Paulo-USP in Brazil, in both the Faculty of Philosophy & Human Sciences-FFLCH and at the School of Visual Arts-ECA.

He has written for ArtNexus magazine and Arteria journal, curated "Fooling the Enemy" at Laboratorio Interdisciplianrio para las Artes, Bogotá, 2008 (with artists Yael Bartana, Patricia Esquivias, Edwin Sánchez and Fernando Sánchez Castillo) "Are we far or near to the Jungle?" [Window Display-U. Andes, Bogotá, 2005] and co-curated "Yo no soy esa... I'm not her" [Galería Santa Fe, 2004], "Elocuti-o-nis" [Sala Alterna, Bogotá 2003] and Master Humphrey's Clock (De Appel, Amsterdam).
